For immediate, confidential assistance, you may call the Broward County 2-1-1 hotline, by simply dialing 2-1-1. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you will be directed to the nearest emergency food or social service agency in your area.
Broward Meals On Wheels offers Emergency Food Services to Seniors returning from the hospital and Grocery

If you are a Haitian citizen who has been living in the United States as of January 12, 2010, you may qualify for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
The Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC) will host free TPS clinics the week of March 8! Free lawyers will work with you to complete your TPS application.
